Labor Day hiking blitz update

Greetings from the summit of Sugarloaf Mountain!

Our Labor Day hiking blitz team reached peak number three of the weekend with a wonderful crisp morning summit today of Sugarloaf in Groveton.
On Monday, we’ll go for number four, Percy Peak, before heading home. If successful, that will be #22 on our 52WAV list.
And if the peaks weren’t enough, on Saturday we took a hike along the American-Canadian border to First Conn. Lake the headwater of the Conn. River!
Janelle is working hard and staying strong. Steve came up to hang our with us at the cabin, and it’s been great hiking all weekend with Meena.
We just finished a delicious rice and beans dinner and capped the whole thing off with grapes and ice cream. We are living large!
Thanks for your support, and we’ll see you when we get down from Percy. Hope you’re all enjoying your holiday.
Peace, and cheers!
